A. GENERAL TERMS
1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this event.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 11 Frasers Property Singapore developments:
Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.
2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as an FRx member via the FRx app, FRx website or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation his/her full name, a verified mobile number, email address and such other information as may be required from time to time.
For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.

C. REDEMPTION

2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.
4. For supermarket spending from FairPrice, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at FairPrice / FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn FRx Points.
5. All instant rewards are available on a first-come first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
6. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at Customer Service of the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls.
7. The Management of White Sands reserves the right to sight all purchases and receipts before granting redemption.
8. The Management of White Sands decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
9. The Management of White Sands shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and the Management of White Sands shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the third party.
10. The Management of White Sands shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services purchased by the Management of White Sands from third parties with the vouchers (“Redeemed Products”) and the Management of the respective malls shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Redeemed Products. All disputes about quality or performance of the Redeemed Products shall be resolved directly with the third party.
11. The Management of White Sands reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
D. LUCKY DRAW
1. The Management and employees of Frasers Property Retail Management are not eligible to participate in all mall-run lucky draws.
2. FRx members earn one electronic lucky draw chance with every $50 spent each day at participating malls within the promotion period. Electronic lucky draw chances are registered in the system when the spending requirement is met and when the member’s FRx QR Code is scanned at participating stores.
3. Lucky draw chances are also tabulated on every $50 spent in a transaction basis, e.g. if you spend $60 at a store, you receive one lucky draw chance. If you spend $90 at another store, you receive another one lucky draw chance. If you spend $150 in one transaction, you will only receive three lucky draw chances.
4. One lucky draw winner per prize will be selected at the 2 participating malls respectively using a computerised system under the supervision of an independent external auditor at 3 Simei Street 6 #06-09 Eastpoint Mall Singapore 528833 on 22 September 2025.
5. The winners will be notified by phone or email within 7 days after the determination of the results. The winners will also be announced via Facebook (@fpr.WhiteSands), Instagram (@Whitesandssg) and website [https://www.whitesands.com.sg/].
6. The prize must be accepted as awarded. Prizes per mall (total: 8 winners) include the following:
